Don't be duped by his friendly manner. Messy, overspray on porch tile, paint drips on driveway, sidewalk and pool deck. No drop clothes used. Paint thin is places. Not true to his contract. Contacted 4 times to come back and clean area plus repaint where paint was skimpy. He always says don't worry he'll take care of everything. It has been 6 week and he hasn't showed up yet!

The paint peeled off the pool deck. He agreed to come back and paint it again. I told him I would get the original paint that had been used the 3 previous times and he agreed to reimburse me for the better paint. The cost was $160. He then came back, per the paint manufactures instructions, to remove the rest of the loose paint. When I called to set up a date for him to return ( the new custom colored paint arrived) he informed me that he would not reimburse me the total cost of the paint. He was deducting $50 for power washing the peeling paint off my deck. At that point I told him I was done with him and he could send me the remainder of the money. To date ( March 2016) he doesn't respond to emails and I have received no money. As a result of him not living up to his word our neighborhood association in Heritage Palms Golf Club will not be using him to do any future painting or power washing.
