"The person who quotes us is professional but the people who work for them are hit or miss depending on what company they outsource that day. One of the workers painted on a fence post outside my house to clean off their brushes. they gave us a discount to replace the post. The paint is about 2 years old and chipping and peeling off like latex-based paint. The walls are fine only because I argued to get the paint brand I wanted for my walls. Whatever they use it is cheap and not good quality. chips and peels off everything since day one. Late review work was done in 2022 but I'm upset because today we took a ladder to measure windows upstairs. We noticed they did not paint the top of our ceiling beams. didn't paint some ledges on windows. We did pay in our quote for clean up and they did not clean anything before painting. They painted over bugs and spider webs so they are stuck on my walls. Also, the house was being renovated and we had some of the pantry doors against a door in the kitchen. They didn't paint one entire side of the kitchen. The kitchen i did notice right away but the workers were not consistent in professionalism I didn't even want them back to adjust the kitchen when the person who I would guess manages them offered to send someone back to fix it. However, I got dirty looks from the one company that painted on my post the day they came back and an attitude from them. They even mentioned me complaining and it was awkward. He said he was sending them back for the missed walls and I told him never mind to avoid more issues. They worked quickly but the quality was not good. If you hire them I wouldn't advise leaving your property and probably micromanaging the project. Also, 100% have them buy the brand of paint you want. I did consider having them come back for the outside but after i had time to look what what I paid for inside I decided to keep looking for someone els."
