But is not fair especially after you gave us your word in front of your husband."

We came to your apartment and fix all the walls and the work from the previous contractor, you gave us a 5-star review then we came back cause you request more jobs and we finished, only missing a custom door during covid period, the company gave us 2 months to come, we paid in advance the material with our money, even you had balance with us, the door came in November and I call you and text you and set up a date, but then you told me that you will have a visit from your son and that you can do it, that you let us know the date, on February you contact us to do the job, 3 months later, we send back."
