Tim Murphy did a fantastic job. He is thorough and diligent. He also goes the extra mile - he cleaned up some windows, doors, and lanai furniture for no additional cost just because he felt we needed it. He is customer-oriented and a pleasure to deal with.

He came back several weeks later and fixed a couple areas of the pavers that needed to be re-set to even them out. He had chipped several of the pavers while re-installing them so I suggested to him that he tell people before he starts that this might happen and secondly to advise them that he charges tax on his services.

Tim came out on 6/23 to give us the estimate. His pricing was very reasonable so we set the work appointment for 6/28 at 10 AM On that Wed, I had a roofer here finishing up and Tim rather than starting on the interior said he would come back. However, he never returned and we did not get a call or email as to why nor the opportunity to reschedule. For that lack of professionalism we had to give him a D I think it's sad when you have to fabricate a story about a homeowner in order to make yourself look good and without fault. I have contacted Angie's corporate headquarters about your abusive post. For other homeowners who are reading this, you'll have to decide who is telling the truth.

"You failed to mention the two things you hired us for was to clean your roof and clean the windows. When we showed up somebody was on your roof spraying chlorine everywhere "cleaning" the roof and your maid that answered the door told us that she was cleaning the windows. I asked the Husband he said he didn't know that I needed to ask his wife. I talked to the Wife she said she didn't know and that i needed to ask the Husband. We are too busy for indecisiveness, since you hired other companies, a simple phone call would suffice."

My windows were getting pretty grimy. I sent Tim a message asking him to call me. I heard back promptly and he cleaned my windows the next day! They're sparkling. :-) He's professional, friendly, neat and thorough. I couldn't ask for more. I'll use him again and I'll recommend him, too.

Outstanding! My first time using someone from Angie's list & happy to report the experience was a complete success. Appointment scheduled easily & with only a short lead-time until work performed. Arrived right on time (8 a.m.) & got right to work. Owner, Tim Murphy, & his helper are obviously experienced & conscientious. Even during a surprise & unpleasant encounter with my pool service technician, Tim handled it like a pro. Too bad I couldn't say that about the pool guy (who didn't realize I was at home). I will use Lucent again & will add them to my Directory of Service Providers. (I'm a Realtor & fussy about recommendations.) I left home as they were finishing up & it was a pleasure to arrive back home later to find it sparkling!

Tim Murphy of Lucent Window And Pressure Cleaning just finished pressure cleaning our tile roof and we couldn't be happier. Our ten year old roof looks brand new again. Tim showed up exactly on time, for both the quote and job, and worked about twice as long as he expected to make sure that not only our roof but the house and driveway were completely clean of debris. Tim has a serious commitment to customer satisfaction and is truly a man of his word. Both qualities are far too rare these days. If you want quality work done at a reasonable price we highly recommend you give Lucent a call. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends.

Tim did an excellent job pressure cleaning my 2 story house.  It is part cement block and part wood so I gave a lot of instructions on how I wanted the job done so the wood/paint wasn't damaged.  He listened and exceeded my expectations.  He called prior to the job and was on site the entire time.  He was attentive to detail and was easy to work with.  There was some inadvertent damage to an exhaust fan screen on the soffitt.  He found another one and replaced it.  
There are a lot of pressure cleaners out there.  It is easy to see why his feedback is so good.  He will be my "go to" guy for future pressure cleaning needs.

Tim Murphy and another man did a great job cleaning our driveways/sidewalks.  They spent a lot of time and effort trying to get it as clean as possible and we were very pleased with the result.  These guys were very professional, very nice to deal with, and had very good equipment.  We will being using them again for sure.

The three men worked all day to complete the job. Since I wanted no chemicals used, I think it may have taken longer, but they worked hard and did a very good job. Tim, the owner, was readily available to answer any concerns or questions I had. He wanted me to be totally satisfied with their work and I was.

Our brick walkway had settled creating a tripping hazard and water would not drain properly when it rained. The water would pool up in the low spots. Tim spent the good part of a morning removing and releveling the walkway. Then he cleaned the bricks. The walkway looks ss great, as it did when we moved in 15 years ago. We received 8" of rain over a couple days after the work was competed and the walkway drains perfectly. In addition our concrete driveway was looking bad and I really didn't think power washing would make much of a difference. But WOW! Tim really did a great job on that too. We couldn't be more pleased with his service and I called him afterward to let him know that! Highly recommended.

Tim Murphy did an excellent job of cleaning, adding sand, and sealing the pavers on our lanai.  He was very professional, polite, and efficient in completing the job as estimated.  We are so happy with the results.  The lanai needed a thorough cleaning as mold and weeds had developed.  He took great care in making the whole area look so much better; he even moved the furniture for us.  We will definitely hire him again to do other power washing of driveway, walk and dock.  We highly recommend his services.

Our 120' paver driveway is almost 6 years old.  We have had it cleaned & sealed twice in the past.  Neither to the extraordinary job done now by Lucent.  They paid meticulous attention to every detail including removing rust and paint stains.  Their addition of sand (which  everyone else said wasn't needed) was the finishing touch!  They were so personal, professional and accomodating even including a single car carport and moving the scheduled day up one day as rain had suddenly entered the forecast.  And best of all, their price was so reasonable.  I can't recommend them highly enough!
