Steve is both the owner and sole operator of this wonderful business. His attention to detail, as well as also accommodating me in every request I made of him was extraordinary. He cares about his work, and takes great pride in performing it, with the high quality result(s) speaking volumes as to his dedication and expertise. I now will consider engageing his roof cleaning and paver pressure cleaning services on a scheduled ongoing basis for years to come.

Steve got here right on time and spent over four hours in the hot sun cleaning our very dirty and moldy roof. We had received a notice from Punta Gorda stating we needed our roof cleaned. When Steve finished the roof looked really great very different from before. Steve was very curtous and friendly and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Pristine and Steve to anyone that needs power washing dome.

On a scale of 1-10 Pristine Pressure Cleaning gets my 11. They were careful to wet down all vegetation near the runoff areas. They did the work for a very reasonable fee and when chemicals ran out, they came back within a half hour to finish the driveway. My roof looks absolutely new! They are a father son team and the work was done efficiently and professionally. 5 stars is not enough. Being the curious type, I learned the process and asked questions. They were answered promptly and honestly. I was really impressed by the care taken and even on the sidewalk cleaning which I didn't expect. Just this cleaning probably added 10k to the face value of my home. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
