"We needed some slight repair work done prior to the cleaning and sealing. Matthew did those and the roof was ready for the next steps. Christin and KD did an excellent job cleaning our moldy roof. In addition, sprayed our landscape shrubs as well as protected the roots. After cleaning, they sealed our roof and it looks brand new! They were very professional and pleasant and kept us informed throughout the process. We especially like Clean Roof's 5 year guarantee."

"LIFE SAVERS!!!!!!! This is my second time working with 3n1 and I refer them to anyone that asks. I initially needed 3N1 to clean my carpets and stain grout, but I was remodeling and ended up needing my brand new tiles cleaned as well. The contractor left grout and cement stuck on top of my brand new floors. 3N1 came in and cleaned what I thought was an impossible job. EVERYTHING looks brand spanking new, even my 22 year old bathroom walls due to the grout staining. I LOVE IT. Rented my place out in a day largely in part to the work done by 3N1. What a blessing this company has been to me. Thank you!!!!"

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The best thing to clean bathrooms with is an all-purpose cleaner, a mixture of white vinegar and water (50:50 ratio), and a glass cleaner for mirrors and glass surfaces. You can also use baking soda on areas with soap residue or mildew. The best tool to clean a bathroom depends on the specific task, but a sponge and a fresh towel are versatile options.

A deep cleaning goes beyond traditional cleaning and includes tasks like cleaning grout and baseboards, organizing closets and drawers, dusting blinds and fans, and cleaning the inside and outside of appliances. It’s a much more thorough, comprehensive cleaning that focuses on hard-to-reach areas and often forgotten about spots.

Distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar both work well to clean faucet heads; simply soak the end of the fixture in a 50/50 mix with tap water for 30 minutes. Baking soda and dish soap used in conjunction with vinegar can also help the cleaning process. A commercially available calcium, lime, and rust remover is a good solution for stubborn buildup or stains.

The most effective toilet tank cleaners include commercial cleaning products, but for DIY purposes, white vinegar is best. Vinegar can help kill bacteria and remove mineral buildup from your toilet tank, but it won’t harm the necessary bacteria in your septic tank as some commercial products can. For the best clean, hire a professional to choose the most aggressive cleaning product that’s still safe for your septic tank, or use white vinegar and a scrub brush to do the cleaning yourself.

Whenever deeply cleaning your home after events, before guests, or for spring cleaning.
