94 Poorly! They used a power washer to clean River Rock. Power of washer created holes and discoloring of the River Rock. They tried to repair to no avail. Ruined thousands of dollars worth of work we spent to have installed originally. Now we are stuck with the cost of repair by another...

All the people I spoke with were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaints I have is when the worker vacuumed the carpet before the actual extraction cleaning process he vacuumed so fast (in my opinion) that it was virtually impossible to get any of the imbedded dirt out...
He tested the spa heater and found out it is not worth repairing as it was almost 14 years old. He bought and replaced it with a new digital Hayward, 2500 BTU. Works great with our Aqualink controls. Great job.
