"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

Stormshutter Mechanic gave me an appointment in 5 days and told me that if they get an opening she would let me know. The next morning Raquel called at 8am to tell me that she did a little shifting in their schedule and would like to send a repairman over between 9 and 9:30. Two gentlemen arrived at 9:10 and fixed the shutters. They worked efficiently, fixed the problem and lubricated the tracks and cleaned up beautifully. We will definitely use them again."
