They covered the couches with plastic and even when cutting the holes in the ceiling they use the box to try and capture as much dust as possible. They swept at the end and left the house as clean as possible which made my wife very happy. Very nice guy and knows his stuff - just wished we could have continued to use him.  I don't want to ding him, but just make sure when you hire him he commits to providing future service - especially if you are a Comcast customer! The C rating is right in the middle because that is how the business is  - price and quality are A, but follow up and customer service is F.
