"Service Contract Experience : Annual Cost $474 w/ sales tax April 7 - Submitted work order via their website for washer repair. April 23 - After receiving no response, I used the text message feature on the website. Larry responsed and found my initial request. He advised his team would conduct a thorough review and promptly resolve the issue as to why no one contacted me. April 26 - I text Larry. He's still waiting for a final update from the team. April 29 - Tech arrives to fix the washer. Advises that he has to order a part. Should take about a week to arrive. May 3 - Text Larry for that final update. No response. May 8 - Text Larry again. No response. I m beginning to think there is no team and Larry is a robot. - As for that part, it's been 9 days with no contact."
