Very well. He gave a very clear and correct diagnosis of the issue and offered me money saving options and instructions for fixing. I did my best weekend warrior work - needless to say my "fix" didnt last very long. On his 2nd visit (to correct my work) he did a very good job replacing the heating element. And charged me only for a single visit. I would recommend him anytime, especially because he seemed quite knowledgeable about various equipment including A/C systems.

Winston showed up and tested everything to make sure the job would be done right. He was very professional and honest. He cleaned up when finished and communicated clearly during the entire process. I was also pleased that he didn't want any money until the job was finished and I was satisfied.

After he came in and checked my appliances (A/C, refrigerator) gave me an estimate which was the best price I ever paid on fixing anything before he left the mess that was there he cleaned up behind his self, very respectable. If I need anything that needs to be repaired precision repair is the guy I would go too
