I can not sing enough high praise for Sean at Masco Appliance! We've been using him for years for not only our home, but our rental properties. He goes above and beyond every time! You just don't find that kind of personalized service anymore these days! Thank you Sean!!!

I needed the refrigerator in my vacation rental fixed ASAP. The refrigerator was a specialized type that many places did not service. Many places I called said they could not come out for several days. Masco squeezed me in the next day. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and resolved the problem.

2 trips-one to "diagnose" problem, second with needed parts. Only a day apart

They came immediately, assessed the issue, and returned with the necessary part a few days later. I will use this company for all appliance needs.

The technician, Ariel, came over, checked the unit and told me he would research the problem and get back to me. He called a few days later-the unit needed two parts, quite expensive. I agreed, then he came back to do the job. It turned out the job required two technicians as the entire unit had to be removed in order to be serviced. We had a bit of a problem with scheduling but the job was finally done. It was very complex but they did a very good job and corrected the problem. However, we both failed to notice that the light inside the unit was off. It was working when I removed the glass turntable prior to their visit but not after the work was done. I called them on 03/03 to let them know and was told Ariel would research the problem and call me back. I am awaiting his call.
