They placed the cement pad for the heat pump but left the dirt on my fence, which they had dug up and I had to remove myself afterwards. Additionally, they brought the wrong circuit breaker, so they had to leave that day. They connected PVC pipes using glue and also glued the PVC pipes in the wrong direction. I paid them $600 upfront, but as things progressed, they simply gave up on the job and texted me that they can't continue the job. They have no clue what they are doing. They ended up causing more damage than completing work because I had to buy all the valves for the PVC pipes again."
