"They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning. They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!"

"I’ve used pool troopers for years and they have done an ok job. This past week however, my pool turned green I’ve been calling every day since Monday to get them out to the house and they keep saying they’re busy but will get to it as soon as possible. It’s been 4 days with no one showing up. We had company in town and no one was able to swim because of the poor response from pool troopers. I will be finding a new provider. Be careful hiring them as they are not very responsive."

"I hired this company to remove a stain (probably algae) from my pool. The technician was extremely nice, and he recommended we first treat the pool for copper staining. If that didn't work, he said that they could acid wash it. I asked the cost of both treatments. He said the copper treatment would be about $150, and the acid washing would be more but without specifying. I agreed to do both unconditionally. I want the job done! The treatment left a white powder precipitant on the pool floor, and this made the water appear blue and beautiful, but it required vacuuming. So I agreed to pay for vacuuming, though the price was unstated. The chemical treatment took three weeks and was a dismal failure. No improvement. The technician said the company would call me to schedule the acid wash, but I received no call. After that, the technician did not return my phone call message, but the company receptionist said that a manager would call me back. I never heard from anyone. The following week I received an inflated bill for approximately $450 for the failed chemical "treatment". Salvo never called me back to follow up with the acid wash. Bottom line is, inflated billing and very poor service. Seems like a rip off to me, but you make the call. I would never recommend this company to anyone."

"This company started our job and initially did well, but then didn't complete and left for 3 and a half-days and did a terrible job closing the job. Some concerning other issues that I will leave out because they did try to correct and make up for the mistakes and installed a chlorinator I had purchased which was very nice but at the end of the day we wish we had hired someone else. There are still major uneven spots in our bottom and areas where the liner is not completely in the wall which I suspect over time will be an issue. Most frustrating is that our light now leaks and is filled with water, they had installed a new light ring and directly after it leaked. The company came out to inspect and confirmed the leak but denies any responsibility, I don't have the energy to fight with them on it so now I need to install a new light for a couple hundreddollars."

"They never showed up even though they said they would. There was a lack of tools. They placed the cement pad for the heat pump but left the dirt on my fence, which they had dug up and I had to remove myself afterwards. Additionally, they brought the wrong circuit breaker, so they had to leave that day. They connected PVC pipes using glue and also glued the PVC pipes in the wrong direction. I paid them $600 upfront, but as things progressed, they simply gave up on the job and texted me that they can't continue the job. They have no clue what they are doing. They ended up causing more damage than completing work because I had to buy all the valves for the PVC pipes again."
