Julio took up the entire floor by himself, and reinstalled the LVP in just a couple of hours. Also, JMA recently installed hardwood flooring throughout our home. Julio and his team arrived promptly at 8am and left at 6pm each day. The team wore their mask at all times while working, and cleaned up each day. The installation was completed on time without any issues, and the floors are BEAUTIFUL! I would highly recommend JMA for your flooring needs."

Rob did a fantastic job. Even though the carpet in 2 of the rooms was 20 years old, Rob was able to get it clean and looking good. He also did a very good job on the sectional. He was even got out some flooring glue that had been on the sectional for several years.

He called to let me know he was on the way and came right on schedule. After the work was completed he wiped up any water that was left on the wood floor where the sectional was sitting. Very professional.

I have already recommended him for a job with my friend who has rental units.

She's extremely communicative and trustworthy, and cleans like a pro. She uses environmentally safe products, which I appreciate as I have a young child and am also pregnant. She is easy to talk with, and someone you can really trust so that you can do what you need to do and stay out of their way. Within a few biweekly cleanings, we were letting her come while we were at work -- we left a spare set of keys and gave her a guest passcode for our house alarm. I couldn't imagine being comfortable doing this, being an urban girl whose family was obsessive about safety and crime. But I've never looked back.
We miss Mandy down here in FL, but I'm sure she's taking her excellence with her in NC.
