We offer full weekly pool service all year round . This is a year-round service contract. We also do repairs for full-time and Non full time customers. We offer 12-month service contract with 2 free party cleans yearly ( upon customer request on 2 separate parties ** child birthday, customer birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc...***). "They never showed up even though they said they would. There was a lack of tools. They placed the cement pad for the heat pump but left the dirt on my fence, which they had dug up and I had to remove myself afterwards. Additionally, they brought the wrong circuit breaker, so they had to leave that day. They connected PVC pipes using glue and also glued the PVC pipes in the wrong direction. I paid them $600 upfront, but as things progressed, they simply gave up on the job and texted me that they can't continue the job. They have no clue what they are doing. They ended up causing more damage than completing work because I had to buy all the valves for the PVC pipes again."

How often you change the water in your swim spa depends on how often you use it. Most manufacturers recommend changing the water every three to six months. If you use your swim spa throughout the seasons, it’s a good idea to set up a quarterly deep cleaning schedule. The ideal instructions should be in the owner’s manual.

Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment. Direct the water toward a sanitary sewer drain that will take it to a treatment facility. If your lawn has a dedicated drainage area that’s free from plants and foundations, you can likely drain it there. Avoid storm drains, as the hot tub water will enter waterways and could hurt aquatic life. Likewise, do not pour it out directly on any public land or where it can get into your neighbors’ property. 

A compact unit designed for two to three people typically weighs approximately 500 pounds in its empty state. On the other hand, a larger hot tub meant for up to six people can weigh around 1,000 pounds when empty. Materials used also impact weight. Less expensive hot tubs are typically lighter because they are made of molded plastic or fiberglass.

Similar to a hot tub, swim spas last anywhere from five to 20 years, depending on quality and your attention to maintenance. The best way to increase the lifespan of your swim spa is to carefully maintain it—including draining it around every six months to deep clean the parts.
