George came on the day and time we had discussed. He hung soffit, fixed a hole on the exterior of my home. He then replaced a light fixture above my basement stairs. There were some wiring issues that he ran into, he even corrected that problem! The price was very reasonable! He was more than knowledgeable about the job. He was very professional. We have discussed other projects that I would like for him to complete. I have referred him to friends. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The company did a great job. The work done in less than 2 days. Very professional staff and respectful.

Changed appointment date. Arrived to appointment timely. Worked efficiently. Cost was reasonable. Installed outside lanterns. After 4-days, they stopped working. I contacted the contractor who went through a series of things he wanted me to try; which required me to climb back and forth on a ladder. At age 73, I did not need to be doing that and finally told him he needed to come and figure out the problem. He agreed to come between 7-8 p.m. I told him I might not be home until closer to 8. I questioned him about the lateness of the time and asked if he worked a job. He replied yes. So this is part time work and why he wanted to come to do my job on Saturday. At 7:03 p.m. he called to say he was on his way and I said I was 45 minutes away. I would call when I was near home. At 10 minutes to 8 I called to say I was about 6 minutes away and he did not answer the phone so I left a message. He never called or texted me back from that time on and I did not call him to see just how long it was going to take him to contact me. Finally, when he did not call or comeback by; I texted him on September 9th and questioned his poor customer service and let him know I would be contacting Home Advisor to inform of the issue I encountered with his service. He immediately contacted me back and stated he would come over at 4 p.m. on Monday, September 10th. He texted to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and corrected the problem. I did not like his tone about the issue and he did not apologize for not communicating with me all those days without those outside lights. He was scheduled to do more work for me and only wanted to come on Saturdays; with conflicted with what I already had planned. I will not have him back to do any work for me again and will not refer him to anyone.

Arrived as promised, called a head of time to let me know he was on the way. Replaced a disposal and broken faucet. Everything was tight no drips. Would hire again.

Mr Gordon was referred by Home Advisor. He was late the day scheduled for the estimate. He agreed to complete work for us and was a no call/no show the date of starting the project. Very unprofessional!!
