Slow start, miscommunication when the project would start, once started we were happy with the progress, the courtesies and Dillon, the owner. He seemed to really try to meet our needs and work with us in completing the job. Completed July, paid in full; less 3 weeks out, the gate started to dramatically bow, see pictures; then we noticed many slats were not secured, as the nails did not connect with the 2x4?s. We contacted Dillon right away (near end July) and he indicated a family loss, and that it would be a couple of weeks before he could get back. Once we were in September never heard back from him, we reached out again, scheduled a date/time, no show, no call, no text, nothing. Reached out directly to Dillon, he apologized, rescheduled. That morn of appt. I received a text, another loss in family. To be understanding we waited, Oct. no response. Had appt last week,no show,no text,nothing. Now he said ?too busy? ?wait?. Will be forced to proceed with remedies of relief.

He did what he said he would do. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

Came out we discussed where and how to install . Gave me the price and called me the next day when the delivery would be done a week later . Delivered and installed exactly when they said the job would be completed ! Very satisfied and recommend highly !

A very good experience! I got a really good-looking, well made fence, and I am convinced I got a great $ deal! The job had some challenges, but Elite Fence worked through the issues, and made me aware of how and why as they just got it done. Dillon come up with a way to save me considerable $$ by using some infrastructure that was already here! I am very satisfied with my choice of Elite Fence & Deck as my contractor!

They are thief! They were paid for services and would not come to finish the services. They told me they are not doing the work after they got paid.

They were the 1st to respond on 9/9 and the 1st to provide a quote on the morning of 9/10. Dillon answered all of my questions, and his crew arrived a few hours later, completing the job the same day!

I called Dillon, owner of Riley Outdoor Services and he responded very quickly. I needed vines/weeds removed in my backyard from the fences and some general yard cleanup. Dillon and Matt did an OUTSTANDING job. Dill9n is professional, friendly and accommodating. They worked very hard and were done in no time. The price was very reasonable.
