I accepted the estimate and the work began on the agreed upon day. When they showed up, they were ready to go! We hold a Certified Residential Contractors License, city license and an Aluminum Spectialy License. We are insured as reccommended by the State of Florida. We pull permits as required by law. We are also certified to work with the new lead paint laws.

"Great company that did a great job in less than the estimated time. Their bid on this job (changing out a wood-framed porch to aluminum framing) was very reasonable compare to another we received. Our "new" porch looks great! This company is busy, and we were informed that it would take a couple of months before they could get to us after we paid a deposit. There were a couple of minor or delays due to circumstances outside of their control, but they kept in touch with us and arrived when predicted. Their five person crew was personable, efficient, and hard-working. I have no hesitancy to recommend them."
