Perfect and exceeded expectations. He was there on time every day and worked constantly. He is such a hard worker and the end result is just beautiful. We are so pleased with him and I would be so happy to recommend him to anyone needing masonry work done.

They came the day after I called to give me an estimate. They were very reasonably priced and I gave them the go ahead. They came out later that week to cut out the damaged wall and the following week they rebuilt it. A day or so later, they applied the stucco finish. They were completely professional and fast. If I ever need more mason work done, I'll be using these guys!

Beautiful job. Very professional. Arrived on time with required materials and did an excellent job expeditiously. Very courteous and I would hire him in minute for any jobs in the future. It's incredibly refreshing to find a company that delivers what it is expected without any urging by the customer.

Called Chris because of AL reviews and found him working out of town on multi-day project, which made me doubt that he'd be interested in my job:  not only was it relatively small, but it involved undoing and correcting much of the sloppy work done in building the steps & side columns only a couple of months before. So I was pleased when Chris did call a few days later to make an appointment to come see what needed doing. He appraised the sorry situation, told me what needed doing, quoted a reasonable price, and set a date to return to do the work. He had all the tools, including personal safety equipment, needed to tear out the top row of each of the two steps and side columns. Took virtually the entire day; he also cleaned old concrete from sidewalk and did repairs on its brick edgework. I paid him that afternoon--and he still returned the next week as he said he'd do to wash and clean the steps of any residual mortar.
Could not be happier with Chris's work or prouder of our new steps. I'm generally skeptical of any craftsman under the age of forty but he proved me wrong there. He knows his craft, has a strong work ethic and a vision of what the job requires to do it right--and there's something to be said about the character of a young family man. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Chris was excellent. We had a tricky job. We had collected used bricks over a period of years, not all matching sizes and types, and Chris put them together to make a really beautiful wall. He also did it exactly when he said he would and it took exactly as long as he said it would. And his prices were perfectly reasonable. We highly recommend him.

I called- as Angies list suggested-, asking if he, or if he knew who I should call to move mail box.  He said that was not in his line of business but  he had a post hole digger and concrete on his truck and he would do it for me this afternoon.   I was thrilled, I have been trying to find someone for a  couple of weeks.   Mr. Bradford and his dad came in early afternoon.  moved the mailbox and did a fabulous job.   They are friendly helpful and extremely efficient.  I am very happy, they have solved a touchy problem for me. I would call them if I needed any masonry projects that need to be done.    jtc

Chris came promptly to provide a reasonable estimate for our repairs.  Once we gave the go-ahead Chris did an excellent job of making all repairs and suggested a very cost-effective solution for the patio that was subsiding.  All brickwork looks like new and he cleaned up all debris when he finished.  It took a little longer to start the job than I would have liked, but once he started he worked steadily and finished quickly.  He was very careful and there was no collateral damage.  I provided the bricks since we had some left from initial house construction so the job matched very well.  I am very happy with Chris' work and would engage him again if we have needs in the future. 

I had quite a few leftover bricks from another job so I asked Chris what I could do with them.  I wanted a border and he told me how long the border would be and how he would put it in.  He had to dig a trench and put in a layer of cement.  Once it dried, he came back and laid the brick and mortar.  I was very pleased and the bricks were very even and neat.  I asked him if he had enough leftover brick to do around my roses with the same border, which he did.  Literally, every brick was used.  It certainly helped make my yard look better and got rid of my pile of leftover bricks.  I am going to add a picture later on in the year to show his handiwork.

time at all! I showed him 2 pictures and it was just as I imagined! He was very careful to wash off mortar spatters-- a failure I noted often when trolling neighborhoods for mailbox designs. Great job!

The chimney looks absolutely gorgeous after they finished doing the rock work.  The guys were all professional, clean, friendly.  They finished up in record time, with no hassles whatsoever.  I gave them a "B" for price, but it was reasonable for the work performed.  You could get an amateur/friend to do it for cheaper probably but this work was FLAWLESS and they were done FAST.

I needed the wooden stairs to my front porch replaced, and considered going with brick.  I found Chris here on Angie?s list, and left him a message describing my project. Chris returned my call within the hour, and we arranged for him to give me an estimate.
Chris showed up exactly when he promised to, and walked me through the various options I had. He gave me a written quotation before leaving, and I contracted him to do the work.
When Chris began the following week, I had made some additional changes to the design, which involved more labor on his behalf. To his credit, he agreed to accommodate my changes and would only charge me for any additional materials.
The work was finished in four days, and Chris left the work area totally clean of any debris. His workmanship was excellent, as was his professionalism on every level. I am planning to have him do another pet project later this month.

From start to finish the process of working with this company was smooth.  They (Chris specificly) were quick to respond, advise and get the work done.  I have nothing but good things to say and would use them again at the drop of a hat.

I was out of town due to an emergency but Chris was in contact with my daughter.  The work was performed and looks great.  The regrouting stopped a leak we had in a room that backed  to the steps.

They provided us a quote much lower than others that we called in the area.  I was skeptical because the quote was significantly less, so they provided me with a list of addresses for mailboxes that they had repaired.  
The mailbox that they built for us is one of the best that I've seen (and we drove around looking at A LOT of mailboxes).  Their masonry work was beautiful.  They were easy to work with, helped us create the design, and were understanding with the insurance issues we were working with.  There were no hidden fees or costs.  The final amount was exactly what they quoted us.
They lacked some of the officialness of a large company, but the job was done well and we are happy with their work.

Responded promptly and provided the lowest estimate (by a significant amount). Returned promptly as promised and completed the job on time. Quality of work was superb. Would be pleased to deal with Chris Bradford again in the future.

Chris Bradford advised me of a time to come look at my job. This location is about 20 miles north of Tallahassee and Chris showed up on time and provided an estimate.
Once details were worked out and agreed upon a start date was appointed. On the start date Chris arrived on time and ready to work with all materials/equipment to perform the job.
Chris finished on time and did a beautiful job matching and tieing in to existing brick.
