He immediately contacted me, and I explained my 87 year old mother was without air having had several Freon recharges in the past few months. He made time that day to go and diagnose mom s problems. He was unable to get a part that day because stores had closed. He cleaned and sanitized inside unit, recharged system with Freon so my mom and dad would not have to suffer through the weekend without air. He did this service for no charge and said he will check with parts store first thing next business day and we will continue from there. This guy was an Angel as I am in Texas trying to help my parents in Pensacola,FL during a pandemic. 😇"

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."
