"Three years ago while Sean Dorosinski was still in Florida he designed the plans for renovating the lanai and also building a two story structure out by the barn.  He came out to the "country" and reviewed the area and the barn.  The bottom floor of the two story structure is going to house our chickens and the upstairs will be used as a retreat.  Sean was very attentive and even went to a library and checked out books so he would design the appropriate chicken house.  His design for the two story structure is so awesome and complements the existing barn.  I have always wanted to build it, but the Pasco County commissioners decision to approve limestone blasting in an area already compromised by a regional wellfield overpumping the aquifer, caused a delay.  Recently, I have decided to go ahead with the projects, but according to Pasco County regulations, the plans were outdated.  I contacted Sean and he immediately updated the plans, made a minor requested change for the lanai, and had the plans re-certified and shipped out to me.  He even followed up to be sure that the plans had been received.  It is very easy to work with Sean Dorosinski. 
The $415.00 is for the revisions, re-certification, and mailing.  I am well pleased with Dorosinski Campbell Design, Inc. and will definitely use them in the future.
