"The owner John and his associate Michelle were pleasant and helpful in decision making. They use quality wood in their cabinets. They show up when they say and cleanup. "Eddie and his team did an outstanding refinish of our oak floors. Kitchen renovation with island footprint moved and 1500 square feet of sand and stain(dark walnut) of the existing floor. Several companies tried to sell us new flooring. Eddie was confident he could refinish our floors and provide us with great results. Eddie exceeded our expectations in every way. Great communication throughout project, always professional and personable, started and completed on time Not only a great craftsman but a great person!!"

"Very responsive! I have hired Lavender three times and plan to do so again. Jacob came out early on a Saturday to handle a roof repair. He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender. Responsive, skilled, reasonable. Cannot ask for more."
