"We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the points raised in the complaint. We would like to address each item mentioned with transparency and respect: Shower Glass Door: The supply of the glass door was not the responsibility of our company. At the client's request—who was seeking to save money and asked for additional discounts—we were asked to order the glass using our contractor pricing. We complied, making it clear that we are not responsible for measuring or fabricating the glass. Our team only performed the installation. Even so, to assist and ensure the client’s satisfaction, we resolved the issue with the shower door on August 5, and this matter is now fully resolved. Kitchen Shelf: After final approval of the service by the client, they later informed us about a missing shelf. Although it was not our responsibility, we once again made ourselves available and manufactured and installed the shelf on August 5, as a courtesy and part of our commitment to client satisfaction. Cabinet Paint: Until August 5, we had not been informed of any issue related to the cabinet paint. When we were on-site to address the two previous concerns, we were approached with shouting and disrespect, which we deeply regret, as we always treat our clients with professionalism and courtesy. Due to this situation, we were unable to properly assess the issue mentioned. Post-Service Support: On August 6, we spoke with the owner who informed us that all issues had been resolved. However, he later mentioned a stain on the countertop that he was unable to remove. This was noticed well after the final approval of the entire project, making it difficult to determine the source. Nevertheless, we have made ourselves available to return and clean the area, once again demonstrating our commitment to service. Our goal is always to deliver high-quality work, with respect and responsibility. We remain available for any further clarification or resolution, as long as it is fair and within our scope.
