Once we sorted that out it was smooth sailing. They were able to send somebody out the same day to determine the cause of my ceiling fan not working. Alex came and determined very quickly that it was the transmitter in the fan, he suggested that we install an in-wall fan control which we agreed to. Alex was competent, courteous and tidy.. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a fair price, they came and did the job and left with a very happy customer. I would definitely suggest them to anybody needing electrical work."

"The new outlet is great. They were very nice and knowledgeable with the installation. However, the ceiling fan/light repair didn’t go as well. I thought he would replace the part that was getting hot. He only removed the damaged bulb and put a new bulb in. It was smelling of burning the next day and I have not used the light since."

"I have 2 homes and contacted Monia for "deep cleaning" including the oven. My request with such a short notice left me to believe I had no chance in getting someone out. That afternoon 2 nice Spanish speaking (no English) arrived and quickly went to work. I left them a tip, and asked that they lock the house on their way out. When I got home that evening, I was excited in hopes of what the "deep cleaning" looked like. To my dismay, the girls failed to clean the oven, one of the ceiling fans, and 1 glass table top wasn't cleaned. I emailed Monia to let her know about the oven, and she stated that she would send someone out right away. I emailed her back letting her know that wouldn't necessary...I could clean the oven myself. In my email, I also asked Monia if she could assist with another deep cleaning at my other home, and have regular follow up cleanings. Several days went by and no reply to my email. I resent the same email asking Monia to let me know about my other house, and to date, I have not heard back from her. I really wanted to give her another chance with my other home...sad I never heard back from her again."

"I liked that you always got someone on the phone when you called and they stuck to their word. They came when they said they would. We thought we would have a problem when one of the workers made a hole in our ceiling, but they came back to fix it when they said they would be coming and you can’t even tell the difference. "The men were very nice and respectful. It took them 10 minutes to take fixture out and plug quick connector back in. They did not clean up the mess left on my bathroom counter from removing the light fixture. I received a bid for changing bulbs in our 22 foot ceilings--I would provide the bulbs. The estimate was over $800. $50 per bulb since they needed a special ladder. I did not have this work done. This company is VERY expensive."
