When we figured out the timeline, we got back to to Silverback and they were able to book us very shortly after. The owner and employee were very professional and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace, except for a job well done. They communicated everything that was going on and that was very helpful since we had never had this done before.
