He first helped remove our existing mounted TV, and when we discovered an issue with the new TV we had purchased, he was incredibly patient and kind enough to wait nearly an hour while I returned it and bought a replacement. Once I got back, he installed the new TV and made sure everything was set up properly. He was patient, helpful, professional, and never made us feel rushed despite the unexpected delay. Did an excellent job and the quality of the work was excellent. I would have preferred the ladder to be installed toward the peak of the roof instead of the side of the roof.
