Blue Ray DVD player not working reliably; Kamille in just a few minutes saw the player was NG and also, importantly, that the cable to the amplifier was bad too. He went to a local store and bought both new and came and installed them and no more problems. If I was to tackle this myself, I would still be trying to figure it out.
