"I initially left a positive review, but after using the sauna, I discovered that the electrical installation was done incorrectly and unsafely. Despite paying $2,250, the contractor reused 10-gauge wire and a 30-amp breaker, even though the sauna requires a 60-amp breaker and 6-gauge wire (clearly labeled on the heater). This creates a serious fire hazard and violates basic safety standards. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told it would cost me another $950 ? despite the fact that the unsafe setup was their responsibility. I now cannot safely use the sauna until the work is redone, and I?ve lost time and use of a product I paid a premium for. Be very cautious before hiring this company. What looks like a good job on the surface may not be safe or up to code."

While a few receptacles may have needed replacement, that was not the original issue, and she ended up paying over $1,000 for nine outlets and two smoke alarms. They also tried to push a full panel upgrade that was not necessary, quoting nearly $3,000 total. She trusted their word because she is not familiar with electrical work, and they clearly took advantage of that. This felt predatory and dishonest. If you are calling on behalf of someone who may not be technically savvy? like an elderly parent or partner? be very cautious. I would not recommend Mr. Sparky."
