Lou gave us a bid up front, scheduled all the subcontractors, made sure our home was cleaned up every day as we were living in it during the remodel, met every contractor and supervised their work, resolved any scheduling problems that came up and made this remodeling job very smooth for us. It could be very inconvenient to have both your bathrooms remodeled at once, but Lou and Jesse kept their eye on things, made sure the subcontractors finished on a timely basis and cut costs for us when they could. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. "Blue Bay Contruction Group transformed my 300 sq, ft. screened Lania into a enclosed sun room.The projects scope involved permitting, inspections, demolition, a concrete floor, concrete block and wood walls, a twenty two foot window wall, stucco, exterior and interior painting, wood ceiling beams, marble counter tops and window sills, electrical, and new air conditioning. The project was well managed and coordinated. Permitting, inspections, subconterctors were coordinated in a timely manior.
