I must of left over 20 messages and nothing, then one day after 3 months I called using my wife's phone and he answered and apologized saying he accidentally blocked my number and he would get right on it. We'll weeks and nothing again, he doesn't and phone goes straight to vm like before. Even from wife's phone he must of blocked both our numbers this time. Called the insurance company they said that the claim closed and they haven't heard from pyramid home services (javier) since January. If he didn't want the job he shouldn't of said yes. A man is only as good as his word. "
