"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"Had Lowes install new hardwood floors and was told I had to remove shelves and shoeracks. Thought it was a simple DIY project until I looked more closely at them. First the screws had heads for which I had no tool and there had to be a hundred of them-some of them almost inaccessible. Called Peter in a panic-now I was out of time and he came the next morning. He removed everything and and even patched the holes.

"We have a one level stucco house in Port St Lucie, FL.  Mitchell came to our home and gave us a quote.  We are in an HOA and needed documentation to provide to the HOA management which Mitchell provided timely.  Once our colors were approved, Mitchell scheduled us quickly.  His team was completely professional and even though they had the weather to contend with was able to get the painting completed in a few days.  The windows and light fixtures were fully taped off, the plants were protected and all the painting was done to perfection.  The body of the house, all the trim and front door were painted.

Wallpaper Removal questions, answered by experts

Using a fabric softener solution is a popular and low-cost DIY method for removing wallpaper, but its effectiveness is limited. While it may work on some types of wallpaper, it is unlikely to be successful on vintage styles, and there is no evidence that it is more effective than other removal methods. There are also several potential downsides: the solution can leave behind a residue that may damage your walls or interfere with the adhesion of new wallpaper. Additionally, this method can create a strong, overpowering aroma that takes a long time to dissipate, making it a poor choice for homeowners sensitive to smells.

As long as the surface you’re putting the tile on is properly prepped, peel-and-stick backsplashes should stay on and last anywhere from 3 to 5 years. The best way to ensure the tile stays on is to sand down and clean the wall before applying your design.

White walls are considered a classic and timeless look and will most likely always be in style. A white wall easily blends into any type of home decor style which makes it a suitable option for most homeowners. Another appealing quality about white walls is that if it's not a color someone is going for, the color is easy to paint over.

Yes, most professionals patch and smooth walls after removal to prepare for new finishes.

Stubborn adhesives, multiple layers, and drywall damage can complicate removal.
