Awesome. Extremely proficient and professional crew. The Forewoman checked with us several times through the job and at the end to make sure we were satisfied. In and out in 45 minutes.

I used Sampson Tree to remove 11 large slash pines that were dead or dying from southern pine beetle infestation. It’s rare to hire a contractor and get a perfect job (or even a good job), but that’s exactly what I got. There was a crew of around 15. Everyone was extremely polite, and extremely careful. I can’t really understand how they could remove these very large trees from areas also containing other trees without even the slightest damage, honestly, I can hardly find a small branch that is broken. I hope that I never have to cut a tree down again, but if I do there is absolutely no question that I will hire Sampson again. This was a great experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Everyone was phenomenal!!! Certified arborist came out to give an estimate. Estimate was extremely reasonable. Day of job, 3 trucks & crew of 6+ people arrived, did work, cleaned up, and were awesome throughout the entire process. Their arrival was right on time and the work was performed quickly, safely and respectfully. The crew chief was particularly terrific. We walked the property with her before the work began and we made certain that we were all on the same page with respect to what needed work and how much to do. Our oaks are very large and old and we were concerned about the overall health of the trees. They were very responsive and experienced about how to work on the larger tres. We will hire them again, without question. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to the property...they were first rate. The only small negative was a difficulty in getting a quote for work that addressed all of the work that we needed done. We had follow-up questions after the initial quote visit and there was just some confusion in this regard. However, we worked it out over a few emails and calls and everything was done properly.

Went back and forth with a neighbor who wanted the tree off of her property. I was never contacted as to the date the trimming would take place and we were out of town on a Friday. The guys accidentally shut the water off at the main water pump on the side of the house. When I contacted them the following spring to come out to bid, they never followed up. While their service was competent,mother customer service level anthem office, was less than stellar.

Sampson was very professional. Emailed estimate which I approved. Came to job with a foreman and 4 crew. Foreman explained to me what they were going to do and reviewed the final result with me. There was a lot of debris which was picked up by a truck from Sampson later in the afternoon. Job site was left perfectly clean.

They are superb! Six gentleman show up and go through everything very professionally. They follow-up with a grappling truck and everything looks pristine when they leave!

Their team (of very many people) showed up promptly on the scheduled date and cut down several large trees throughout the property. They were very fast and efficient, and the general contractor on the job added a few more small requests (remove some stumps) that I asked for on the spot with no questions asked. Rain showed up by mid-day, but apparently they worked right through it until the trees were down. They informed me that day they would have to come back 2 days later to remove some of the large logs, which I was fine with. They did come back and take care of the logs on time as promised. Overall, good experience.

I would like to point out a few slight negatives (nothing major) that came with the service. First of all they will tear up your lawn where the trucks enter. I knew this going in, so I wasn't too surprised at the result. We will have to completely re-do all of the grass in that area. Second, there are small sticks everywhere on the ground where they cut the big trees down. We had to rake a lot before we used our lawnmower in that area. They took out one of our outdoor light poles by accident, a large log bent the aluminum frame to the point of no return.general contractor informed me of this immediately and apologized. They also left a very large branch in one of our palm trees. We are currently speaking with them to get this resolved (as the branch is 50 feet up). Finally, we already have noticed a lot of ripe coconuts missing from the coconut trees - we're guessing the workers wanted some juice from them as we found a few laying on the ground sawed open. In fairness, they did ask us if they could have some, but only after they had knocked them all down (with a few missing as we saw).

Overall, I would use them again.

When we called for an estimate they came right away and said it would be two weeks before they could get to me. I explained that I was going to have some other work done in the same area and needed the tree cut before that. They came in one week. When they started it only took two hours and worked very professionally. They were very careful not to damage the roof or gutter and were very courteous.
I had called Johnny's Tree service earlier and they never got back to me.

While the estimator came out promptly and the written estimate via email came within 2 days, the actual work was about 3 weeks from estimator's visit, so the process wasn't a quick one. In all fairness, the written estimate did reflect a 2-3 week commencement. While not an instantaneous process, once the crew of 6 arrived, the work was done very professionally and with the proper tools. Tree trimming is fraught with potential hazards for the homeowner and a professional company like Sampson (with its attendant insurance and licenses) is much safer than those individuals who arrive at your door asking if you need trees trimmed. Sampson removed the huge branches and chipped them with their onsite machine. The job took about 1/2 hr. The only advice we would offer is to take into account, during the rainy season, that tree trimming companies have ever changing schedules due to weather and the project may not be a instant was the homeowner might want.

The job went well and quickly. The showed up first thing in the morning and took the tree down. Then they ground out the stump. They were done within 2 hours.

I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. The work was done with professionalism and respect for our property and us. I would have them back to our home any time we need work done on our trees.

These guys were very efficient, removed the debris cleanly. They did such a good job I can't even tell they were ever even there. They were a bit hard to get a hold of, but once I did, they were extremely professional and did such a high quality job. Recommended.

They arrived on time , did the work as promised, cleaned up exceptionally well, and were very well organized.

.For the estimate, the Samson Tree Service sent an a certified arborist. He was impressive. For one tree that Dad wanted removed (and Samson's would have made money doing), the arborist recommended not removing, but trimming the tree (a laurel oak) to make it more likely to survive a big wind. Because Dad was undecided about the scope of the work, the arborist presented an estimate for each piece. Once Dad decided on the scope of the work, the work was scheduled. The team of workers was very efficient and the trees look great. The workers worked efficiently and did a good job of cleaning up, too, chipping the branches and taking away the other debris . All-in-all a very good experience.

Their price was good. The men knew what they were doing. Their service was tremendous. They did what they were contracted for. I was very pleased with their activity and their job. They were here on time. The price was good. I had gotten prices from five companies, and theirs was the best. I give them my highest recommendation. They did a find job for us. I didn't have to do any clean-up myself.
