He pressure washed, removed old caulking, painted soffits and gutters, did wood repairs and when he was finished with all the painting he replaced any rusty screws he found. The windows were covered with plastic, plants and roof covered with drop clothes, which resulted in no overspray anywhere. My house looks brand new and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work Gary did."

He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship.
