"We have been trying to get this project done for nearly 2 years. We wanted a 12â wide by 10â tall custom bar on one side or our main living room and a 12â wide by 10â tall bookcase with display custom cabinet with lighting on the other side of the room. We had 3 contractors give us quotes in the past and then never come through with a time to complete. We then found CCO. CCO became the best experience we have had hiring anyone in Florida. Sarah came to our home, reviewed our drawings and came back with a quote in just a couple of days. We agreed to hire CCO. She was always available even after the project was completed to help us with a smile. The 2 installers, G and Paul, were perfectionists. The 2 were friendly, efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to watch them install the custom cabinetry with exact measurements. They were also pleasant when doing change orders. The staining and finishes of the cabinets were exactly what we had asked for. Every aspect of this project was completed as we had wanted and in a very quick time frame. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
