It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. "The details and craftsmanship of the entertainment center are "A Piece of Art!".  You can tell that the craftsmen who built the unit were meticulous in cutting, assembly, and staining of all pieces.  We were presented samples of stained wood to ensure the stain we choose would blend well with our wood floors, draperies, paint, and existing furniture/cabinets.  The team did an outstanding job ensuring all grain ran in the correct direction during staining and assembly.
Custom metal door inserts were designed and beautifully powder coated. The metal inserts enhanced the doors and brought out the color of the wood.
The installation team was extremely professional and thorough.  As most  of the houses in Florida are build with many imperfections, this team took all of the necessary steps to work around the imperfections to ensure the entertainment center appears to be a complete integration of the wall.  They prepped all of the cabinets to allow for cable runs for the AV equipment. Upon completion of the install, the team thoroughly cleaned all areas inside and out.
My wife and friends are amazed at the beauty of the completed project.  It truly is "ART WORK" and we will enjoy looking at this lovely piece of furniture for the rest of our lives.
