Steve Foster came out the day after I submitted my request for service to fix my refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem, drove out to pickup the part, brought it back, installed it, and got it running again. He tried to repair my microwave, but the controller was bad. He told me it was cheaper to replace the microwave than to replace the board. He was courteous, professional, and easy to work with.

I put out a request late Friday afternoon and Steven from home and garden hoes called me back quickly. He came by the house and looked at a broken dryer for me. We could not reproduce the error messages that the tenants were getting with the dryer. Steven refused payment for the service call. Later I sent him messages about the errors the tenants were getting, and he was prompt to respond with suggestions. I would recommend anyone having issues with their appliances to reach out to Steven.
