They also removed the old blinds. The installation went great and the installer was fast and efficient. Rene' stayed the whole time, assisting the installer where possible. Two weeks ago, when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving holiday, noticed a misalignment in one of the shutters preventing it from on the rail. I contacted the vendor via email and got immediate response. Repair assessment was scheduled for December 3rd after our arrival. Joel Batista called on us yesterday and identified the problem right away. Joel was back this afternoon with Lewis and solved the problem in a very thorough manner. He was very patient in explaining to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very pleasant person to work with. Two weeks ago, when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving holiday, noticed a misalignment in one of the shutters preventing it from on the rail. I contacted the vendor via email and got immediate response. Repair assessment was scheduled for December 3rd after our arrival. Joel Batista called on us yesterday and identified the problem right away. Joel was back this afternoon with Lewis and solved the problem in a very thorough manner. He was very patient in explaining to me what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very pleasant person to work with.
