"Gave them a call to clean 24 yr old ducts that had never been touched. BOY, was I glad I did. It turns out they'd been eaten through by rats in the attic for who knows how many years, had been pouring cool/hot air/$$$s into the attic, and mold everywhere. The guys came back, did a terrific job of replacing resealing, and scrubbing everything. Then they came back and blew insulation where it should be up to, as opposed to below the ceiling joists. My electric bills are already $30 below where they were last year, and the A/C unit is thanking them. They explained every step, answered every question, and YECH. Had pictures documenting all of it. Nobody else will ever touch the HVAC in this house. I can't thank them enough."

"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."

"AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. And never heard a complaint even though the ambient temperature was almost 100 degrees. I can't imagine what it was like in the attic! Their cost was less than 2 other companies we had quote the job.
