"We contacted Coastal Green Energy Solutions in March 2024. The owner, Saesha North, was very knowledgeable so we signed a contract on May 15, 2024 for an order of 10 windows, 2 sliding doors, 2 hurricane shutters and the installation of those. We paid a deposit of $17,461 on May 15 and were told the whole process would be 10-12 weeks, with the installation done by August’s end. After we signed and paid, we asked for the order confirmation for the items but never got it. In June (4 weeks in), we reached out and were told that they would get back to us. We never received any updates. At the beginning of August (11 weeks in), we contacted them to schedule the installation since the timeline was ending. We got the same vague answer and never got a further update. We’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times (emailing, calling, texting, Facebook) but either got vague or no answers. We got excuses that they were too busy or out of office, and empty promises of future updates. The office phone is disconnected and the owner is screening our number and not answering her cell. We were understanding at first but now it’s simply unprofessional. We feel we’ve been scammed."

"Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

"I was really impressed with Todd. He came out and gave me a fair price on my windows. Rob in the office kept in the loop through out my project. The installers put up plastic and runners to keep the glass and dirt out of my house. I will definitely use them again."

"They are way overpriced and they are a predator company that preys on the elderly. They will tell you that you need things that you don't! They overcharge by at least 30% from other companies. They are out for your money with zero respect for people. They scammed my elderly mother telling her she needed new windows for her house when she didn't need any. She had a relatively new gutter system as well and they told her she needed a new one when they installed the overpriced roof. This is on my mother for letting these people into her house to begin with but they found an elderly woman who trusts people and took advantage of it. Do not use this company! Ever!!!"

"While I can't speak on the quality of their work, I can speak on one one of their hpeople. On Wednesday afternoon around 2:00 my family and I went into the North Lakeland Lowes. We were there for quite a long time trying to get some specific concrete masonry to repair the exterior my home. We had a cart of materials next to the pros desk and were checking out when no one was in line. We were asked if there was anything we still needed and when we mentioned that we still needed some masionary planks the staff at Lowes tried to help us find the last few things we needed. After a considerable amount of time trying to get these things done we finally decided to check out with what we had and be on our way. When that moment came up there was a misunderstanding. A man wearing a shirt with this business on it, clearly working in his professional duties, had a confrontation with my father-in-law. As a school teacher by profession what this man did was over the line. First as we approached the pros desk he said a really snide and uncalled for comment along the lines of "Hey old man, don't try to cut the line...the end is back there." Finding this man comments to be set up by him as clearly confrontational. He nothing and just stood where he was. Now, in this man's defense, he didn't know we had already tried to check out prior to him and the line's formation and my father-in-law could have made an effort to explain the situation; however, given the "old man" comment I don't blame my father-in-law for not trying to explain. After getting mad like a "child in a lunch line" and a resounding "f$%k you" from my father-in-law for the old man comments. The man started talking about how he was going to beat my father-in-law down in the parking lot. This man is half my age himself and I'm 42. My father-in-law is 67. He could have easily beat the snot out of either one of us. Here is where things really matter. I wouldn't be writing this at all considering the misunderstanding because i can see where the confusion took place; however, this same man from Southern Pros...once things had already descalated and all the ugly comments by this man were over, decided to wait for us in the parking lot. Thank God we saw him before leaving the store because This man had now removed his shirt, was bare chested, and ready to beat a man three times his age down. We had the Lowes managers escort us out to avoid that could have been bad situation. With all that said, I have an estate my dad left me that I might be repairing and needed help with soon. Based on this confrontation, I will never allow this company anywhere near my property, quality work or not, and will encourage anyone and everyone who will listen to STAY AWAY."
