Fast Rehabs

We needed the batteries replaced in 11 smoke detectors in our home. The most problematic is 14 1/2 feet above the floor in the tray ceiling. Fast Rehabs came equipped with the needed tall A frame ladder and did the job quickly and carefully. The young man who did the work was most polite, neat and efficient.

Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend.

They sent a fantastic team who worked brilliantly on the door. They went far beyond our expectations painting the outside of the door as well as the outside, fitting the door with draft excluders all around, touching up the inside wall and fixing the door sill. A truly amazing job!

Work was professional and stayed with in the time frame for completion we could not have ask for better service. We are 100% satisfied and so lucky to have had them.

The crew did a great job

James and his team were a lifesaver. We had a major issue with a window in our bedroom that was rotted from a leak and they identified the problem immediately and brought out their team and within a matter of days was able to remedy the situation repair and replace the window including significant damage done to the wood as well as drywall and floor. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking to do any sort of remodel or rehabilitation. I went through numerous contractors prior to contacting him and none of them came close to the professionalism as well as the attention to detail that they did. If there was six stars I would give him six.
