"No written contract to sign, lack of communication, employee Kevin was unprofessional and disrespectful to wife, kept asking me what to do next after having two in-home estimates to go over the remodel, abrupt change to the silverware drawer cabinet size down to a 7 wide drawer, rushed to complete the job, installed my dishwasher with a short drain hose because he was in a hurry to get his kid, making my lazy Susan cabinet half usable as the hose is draped across the inside cabinet. Damaged my wall and had to be talked into repair. Had to wait an extra week before countertop installation due to a lack of communication with the countertop company. My garage turned into their workspace. I can go on and in and on with this guy. If I could do this awful kitchen remodel nightmare over again I would not recommend him to anyone, sorry to say."
