"I am sorry for your experience. I answer every call that comes into this business and has never once had a conversation with you. Any flaws that you did not approve of should have been made be clear and settled before payment was made. Our contract is clear on what the warranty will provide coverage for. From my experience with customers who make these sorts of claims, this reveals that they are not satisfied with the way they designed their kitchen and/or do not like the color they selected. They then try to make the fabricator purchase new material or colors by producing scathing reviews such as this. Stone is naturally prone to fissures and irregularities. It is not man-made and its imperfections are appreciated throughout the industry. We do everything we can to help the customer pick the product being used for their project. Before the project begins, both parties are in agreeance on how to proceed and which product to use. Again, we are willing to help any way we can but cannot purchase a new countertop for you after you have agreed to pay the final amount owed and close the job. As you can see most of our reviews reflect a 5-star rating because we invest a considerable amount of time and money in high-quality projects and happy customers.
