Description of Work: Kitchen floor had rotted out due to a leak. Walls had wicked the water up and they were full of mold. Entire kitchen had to be remodeled and repaired. Williams Custom Construction was willing to work with a mobile home and the insurance company. Pleasant to work with, full of constructive ideas that increased the value of the kitchen and home. Mr. Williams has a crew of sub-contractors that came in, did their job and did it with professionalism. We are so pleased with the job they did. I literally walk in my kitchen and go "I love this kitchen!!!" every time. People who walk in do the same thing. He replaced sub-flooring, laid new flooring. He tore out the moldy sheet rock and frames. He replaced them, and the sheet rock. My cabinets - floor and top cabinets had to come out too. The kitchen cabinet contractor he sent us to work with listened to what I wanted, and gave it to me. The cabinets are beautiful, and I actually have more storage space than I did in the original kitchen. The footprint of the original kitchen was followed but the cabinets fit it better. I can't express how pleased we are with the new kitchen, and Tim Williams, Williams Custom Construction.
