The work was exactly what we agreed to and was of sufficient quality that I hired the company for some additional work, painting the spray foam they had just installed, which was done on time and was exactly what they said they would perform. The crew had good customer service skills and were very aware of making sure that I approved of the work they were doing. They were conscious of my property and cleaned up before they left. "Rodney and Terry arrived on time 8:30AM.  Rodney answered questions/concerns I had about insulation.  They proceeded getting the job done.  I was having this done as my garage gets very hot in the summer, no ventilation in attic.  Rodney recommended a solar fan on roof.  Will have this done is the spring time.  I got recommedations and quotes from several other companies.  They were recommending other types of insulation that cost a lot more.  Was very happy with price and service I  got with Reichel Insulaltion.

"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
