"Not only does the roof look gorgeous it's efficient and quiet! It reduced our electric bill along with being cooler, it much quieter. We went with the insulated metal roofing system, which we would recommend, it takes a bit longer and it's more costly but worth the time and money. Frank and his team are friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. They were efficient and clean, our neighbors even commented how much they appreciated how well they cleaned up each day to keep our road and driveway clear. "This was a lot more messy than expected even though they covered walls and floors with plastic tarps. The actual foam injection was the messy part since I didn't have enough space between concrete and drywall. The excess foam left marks on the walls. The wall repair is costing another big amount of money that wasn't originally budgeted. Biggest disappointment is the sound proofing value just isn't there. At best it muffled the noises from neighbors by about 10%. In my book not worth the effort and expense - I expected better."

"Did our due diligence for solar.  Sunpro far surpassed all others.  All at the company were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - from first contact through installation & beyond.  Got the most panels for the price also.  They made the process seamless and no stress.  Communication is great.  They let you know what to expect, follow up immediately & every step of the way, & answer any questions.  Always easy to contact and could answer any question.  Website is full of all the info you need.  They also take care of everything - financing contact, energy company, permit, tax documents, inspection, etc.  Everything is done as promised & quickly.  They do such a great job there is no time to wonder what's happening next.  Installation team arrived as expected & worked continuously to completion.  Cleaned up so well you can't tell they were  here except for the panels on the roof.  Answered our questions & were polite & friendly.

One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.

"Matt and Ian (installers) were on time, friendly and very fast. The job site was very clean after they finished. We had a miscommunication on first install date (their fault) and also on completion time (my fault). They left without payment being completed. Trusting! I spoke with Matt apologizing for not getting get back in time to write check and he very nicely requested I just call office in AM and leave credit card number. This is the second house we've used Precision Door and will always continue to use them!!"
