Exterior Home or Structure Paint or Stain
Patterson painting recently completed painting the exterior of a duplex which is an occupied rental. The duplex was power washed and thoroughly prepped (loose paint , cracks, etc.). They respected and worked well with the tenants. I give them high grades, on professionalism, reliability and fair pricing. I would hire this company again.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Vern and his son were a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job removing a fluorescent ceiling fixture, then repairing and painting the ceiling. Youâ d never know that there was a fixture up there!! We are very pleased with the results!!

Vern and son completed the painting of all of the interior of our house, spray painted some of the popcorn ceilings, removed an old florescent light in the kitchen ,patched up the area, matching the popcorn ceiling there. They were very attentive to detail. He was very accommodating to our requests/changes and made sure we were satisfied with the end results. He responded to our texts in a timely manner throughout. He is honest and reliable. We were happy with the finished job. We would recommend him to others.

They removed the popcorn ceiling and installed a knockdown ceiling Vern was prompt and has always responded when we had a question, even after the job was complete. They also cleaned up the place better than it was. I HIGHLY recommend them GREAT VALUE.

Vern does a great job . He is reliable, takes pride in his work, is easy to work with and does a great job. He has painted the entire interior of my home including the kitchen cabinets as well as exterior shutters and doors and I couldnâ t be happier. Heâ s also reasonably priced.
