Joe is the owner of Flood Pros and helped us tremendously with what was initially a one month issue but ended up taking four start to finish. He was responsive, honest and empathetic. I felt that he was treating us as if he was his most important client, which clearly was not the case. In addition to having an outstanding crew, they also navigated the sometimes difficult process of insurance claim processing. By taking us directly out of the day to day, we were able to focus on other things that took some of the stress out of something that at times seemed overwhelming. "Tanenbaum roofing is not Tom Tanenbaum Inc. Tom Tanenbaum Inc. put a roof on my house 6 years ago. I’ve called them out 4 times due to a leak in my family room. The last time. The co name change to Tanenbaum roofing. They did not disclose they were bought out by Royalty Roofing of Indiana. The technician they sent out spent four hour spraying water on my roof. Did not find a leak. Squirted some sealant on the flashing. This did no good the roof still leaks. I figure out when we had three days rain straight that the leak was coming from the L flashing they were supposed to inspect when they installed new roof. They did not. On one of the previous service calls the tech said he found a nail shot in the side of the l flashing. He put silver sealant over it but did not stop the leak. I have a year left on my warranty but since they were bought out and changed their name they say they have no liability. A trustworthy roofer said the l flashing needs to be replace completely whic involves removing stucco. Installing new Lflashing. Replace stucco and shingles. The cost 2,240. Should be warrant because they missed or caused the leak. Royalty o& Indiana and Tanenbaum roofing will do nothing. They tell me I have to sue. Tanenbaum does not do a good job and do not honor the warranty. They must have been in financial trouble to be bought out. They are leavin me high and wet even though they guaranteed a leak free roof. Don’t use them learn from my mistake."

"I want to warn you as this company took advantage of me during the last hurricane Ian. I called them in to dry my house out, they were very quick to take my money, but removed only half of the wet floors and left me hanging for over a week, with the rest, which completely defeated the purpose of hiring them. Same happened to lots of people that I know - they took the job and the money and then disappeared. They did finish the job couple weeks later, but till today I don't have an invoice to give to the insurance company as per their admin they don't give one out. So just be careful, I was so in a hurry to dry my home as fast as possible and didn't do a proper job researching this company. I don't want you to make the same mistake."
