We had what appeared to be a small problem with some moisture in our floor boards in the kitchen that turned into something much larger when we saw mold. We used Angie's List and found that FloodPros could assist us. We contacted them immediately and they showed up within the hour to identify the problems, develop a plan to contain and fix the problems. Joe is the owner of Flood Pros and helped us tremendously with what was initially a one month issue but ended up taking four start to finish. He was responsive, honest and empathetic. I felt that he was treating us as if he was his most important client, which clearly was not the case. In addition to having an outstanding crew, they also navigated the sometimes difficult process of insurance claim processing. By taking us directly out of the day to day, we were able to focus on other things that took some of the stress out of something that at times seemed overwhelming. At the end of the process, our home was fully restored and in better condition then where we started. Joe and his team are true professionals and extremely honest. While I truly hope we never have to go through this again, I am very grateful for everything they did.

Flood Pros to the rescue. Seeing flood damage in your home can be a very intimidating sight but once we called Flood Pros they made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the whole process. I was amazed by their customer service. and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

I had a water line pipe under my kitchen sink bust and water was pouring out from my cabinets. I unfortunately was not aware of it for some time after and ended up with quite a mess and damage. I found Flood pros on google and called them. I am so glad I chose to call them, because of all of their positive reviews, They have handled everything for me in a professional and knowledgeable way! The tank of my toilet overflowed on a Saturday and seeped under the bathroom wall and under the laminate floor in the adjoining bedroom and hallway. FloodPros was able to send someone out on a Sunday to start addressing the damage and removing the affected flooring. Yoey and his associates who came to my house were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient.

it was me and my three small children. I was having issues with my insurance company helping with me in the process. This company said they would take care of everything and that they would get everything taken care of. All of the employees were professional and fantastic. They took on the insurance company for me. They dried out my entire home, they removed all the mold, they even packed up my house themselves. They went above and beyond. They treated my belongings chemically. They made sure that all of the water was drawn from the wood, before adding on the new drywall. That did take some time, but they wanted to make sure it was done right. They sent in a guy to replace all the drywall, since everything had to be taken down to the studs. They kept telling me everything was going to be okay and that our house was savable. They checked on the house all the time. When they were done, they came out to get their equipment, they checked everything once again to make sure, they put meters on the wall to make sure there was nothing trapped behind the walls. They helped me get an awesome deal on a new granite countertop. They then hired someone to paint all the walls too, at their expense. They are based out of Sarasota and they had to drive about an 1 hour to an hour and a half to get to my home. They were always punctual and worked really long hard hours. Whoever uses them, will not be sorry! it has been about a year and a half, we have had no problems since.
