While cleaning I noticed a black spot and panicked thinking I could have a black mold problem. I've heard horror stories about companies charging large sums regardless the severity of the problem. I spoke with Roger and he immediately put my mind at ease. I was able to send him a picture of the spot and he told me what to do. I hope I never need his services but I will say I wouldn't use anyone else!!! Highly recommend.

BAD BAD BAD BAD . Had to call him a lot of time but he came on time .PLEASE DONT FALL FOR HIS ANGIS LIST COUPON . It is not the right way to do a mold test . I HAD TO GET A SECOND INSPECTION DONE .Have no clue how he has high ratings .
I fell for that . He came and took air samples and used his thermal camera AND THAT IS IT .He does not double check before he does extra work he will just bill you for it . I paid and other mold inspector and he did a lot more and charged me the same . I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. HE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY EITHERResponse from Expert Mold Removal Inc
"I am sorry he felt this way, we did exactly what we said we would do. We took 5 air samples of areas he wanted done, used thermal imaging to locate problem issues and used a moisture meter to check moisture on the walls. After speaking to him I am certain he just wanted his money back. He was a renter who paid for the test out of pocket. He called me later and says the home owner paid for another company to do a test, I believe after this he just wanted his money back. He told me that the mold found was not the same on both tests. Which it will not always be when taken days apart a lot of factors like humidity and temp change the inside samples and outside control. He wanted his money back I told him no that we have to pay a lab to test the samples we take and would not pay for that. He then said to keep what they needed and give him my profit. I told him no because I was not going to work for free. I was polite and professional while on the job and during his call. But will not give a refund that is not warranted because of issues with him and his landlord."

Roger called the morning of the appointment to confirm the arrangements and arrived on time. He was thorough with the inspection, collecting of samples and offered many suggestions. My husband received a lung transplant and since we have to be very careful with dust and mold we needed the house checked. Roger called with the results the following day and then emailed them. He wanted to have a conversation about the results instead of just forwarding them to us. Again, he offered suggestions for the safety of my husband. I would highly recommend this company.

When they first came out he suggested that we run a dehumidifier for a week to see if that could solve the problem. I really appreciate their honesty. They were very reasonable. They came out and had to get behind the shower to remove the mold. They had to take out the entire shower and re-tile the bathroom. They had to take out some concrete, it was a big job and they did it extremely well. The owner was nice and we were just pleased all the way around.

Mr. Lewis was very prompt in coming to our house to assess the damage and to offer advice on getting the needed repairs completed. Repairs were done over a weekend (!) and were done in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my second review because having a competent mold inspector and remediator is critical in not spreading mold through your house and causing health problems. The word needs to get out that you must carefully choose who will test and remediate mold. Roger of Expert Mold is an outstanding example of how a business should conduct itself. I cannot not say enough about his professionalism; however, there is something that is even more important. He genuinely cares about your situation and does everything to make your environment safe. Roger has worked with us through this nightmare of a tile company creating mold and High VOCs in our house. I trust him and depended on his help to restore our home to a safe air quality.

Roger and his workers are all punctual, super nice and polite. I was very comfortable having these men in my home. All the work was done expertly with almost no noise or mess. When they left at the end of each day, the bedroom was spotless. I am extremely pleased with the work and will definitely call them again. I absolutely recommend them for service.

Roger responded to my phone call immediately. I was able to schedule the service on the next day. Both Rogers, one was the owner and another one was the worker, arrived right on time. He gave an estimate of $320, which I was very impressed. The services were done nicely as expected. All ducts are cleaned, and the bill was $320 as promised. What a guy! Promptness and professionalism are also A+. He accepted the credit card, and e-mailed the receipt. He is certainly in touch with today's technology. We certainly use this service again in the future..
